Baleaf Ultra-Soft High-Rise Zipper Pockets Pant 25"

I have a lot of Baleaf joggers in straight size M, and while these feel similarly soft and high-quality, the petite size M fits smaller in more than just inseam length.My other Baleaf pants in size M (regular/missy) all have smocked waistbands, and are classified as “mid-rise”. The size chart says they fit waist 27.5-29.5” and hip 37-39”. I measured the rise as 11.5”, and the waistband laid flat is 14.5”.This pair in M petite has a flat waistband, and the size chart says it fits waist 28-29.5” and hip 38-39.5”. So I actually expected it to be slightly larger in the waist and hips than the other pants I already own. However, these pants seem to be smaller up top, and actually fit MORE tightly in the waist, hip, and crotch areas. The waistband is only 13.5” laid flat (see pic of them laid over my green Baleaf pants for reference), so 27” should probably be the minimum waistband measurement on the size chart. I found them uncomfortably snug, and would recommend sizing up one from what you wear in Baleaf’s straight sizing with smocked waistbands. I’d also recommend that if the brand is using smaller overall measurements for petite sizing, that they create a separate petite size chart, or advise customers to size up.These are also classified as “high rise,” but I measured the rise as 10.75”. I think this is probably intentional for petite sizing, but would recommend the seller add rise measurements for their pants, to help customers see the difference in sizing between regular and petite. Not all brands shrink the rise when making petite sizes, so it’s helpful for shippers to know when trying to determine which size to purchase.I’m 5’2” and can usually wear 7/8 or ankle-leg pants as full length. This length (25” inseam) is slightly awkward on me - it’s not quite short enough to look like a cropped pant (as on the model), but not quite long enough to be full-length. I think it would work well if you’re under 5’2” and want something full length, or taller and want a cropped or ankle pant.The fabric feels great - it’s a smooth, thick, stretchy synthetic jersey knit. It’s stretchier than Lulu pants of a similar style, for context,l. My only complaint is that you can feel a narrow elastic band inside of the waistband, and it moves around. (It’s not a drawstring and can’t be adjusted) It sits at the very top of the waistband, but it’s hard to get it to lay totally flat. This definitely helps the pants stay up and not roll down, but it’s not the most comfortable. If you were expecting a yoga-pants waistband, just be aware that this one has a tight elastic band inside. (I’ve noticed this on Baleaf bike shorts before, too, for context)I’m taking one star off just for the sizing not matching the size chart Overall, these are nice pants - I would probably just need to size up one, and maybe buy the straight size instead of the petite to get a longer inseam.

I am such a fan of comfy pants that can pass as work pants. These golf pants are amazing! Even though I chose the shortest length available, these sit below my ankles. The material is soft, thick and very stretchy. The zipper pockets are a huge plus. The waistband fits me perfectly and features a functional drawstring allowing me to synch the pants tighter if needed. I've paired this with both casual t-shirts and even sweaters. These pants are fantastic!!

I’ve had these pants for about a week, and I already live in them. The fabric is incredibly soft and comfortable, with just enough stretch, and they feel great all day long.The waistband is comfortable and adjustable, and I really like the zippered pockets—they’re deep and secure, which is perfect for keys and a phone. The ankle length is flattering and easy to dress up or down.I’ve worn these for errands, and just lounging at home. Like all baleaf clothes, these are excellent quality. I recommend.

These baleaf athletic pants score on every point. I am 5’3” and 112 and I got the small. They fit really well, coming just above the ankle and the waist band is smooth and comfortable with a drawstring and perfect fit in the back. The fabric is medium weight and wrinkle resistant and they skim your body and will be cool to wear and work out in. They are 88% polyester and breathable. The fabric is soft and not see through. They are very flattering. The side pockets are deep- thank you so much- and have zippers! They lie completely flat when zipped. They are machine washable and did I mention the color blue is so happy. This company makes quality clothes that last and are made for action and to look good and these pants are a total score. They will take you from school drop off to the park to dinner.

Had some major confusion with the delivery service (amazon). For some reason they broke the order into two shipments and didn't mention it in emails. Other than that the pants are nice! Fit well and are SO comfortable.

The length is great for my height of 5’0”. Very comfortable. Can dress up or down. I plan on buying in more colors.

Love bay leaf, these are a nice fit and stylish, but not quite “ankle pants go 5ft 11in person. Hot at bottom of calf.

Great for shorter legs. Made from high-quality fabric, these pants resemble workwear but feel like yoga pants! They are comfortable and stretchy while maintaining their shape. The waist is high but not overly so.

I ordered 2 types of Baleaf travel pants and returned these because they fit tighter than the other type. However the quality and style were fine.

TRUE To size, fits nicely

The cool toned color is a very beautiful and relaxing color. The pants are petite friendly and fit well. The material is soft, smooth, and comfortable to move around in. The fabrics thickness is warm which is beneficial to wear in cooler weather. I like that they are high waisted as high waisted pants gives me a little bit of tummy control. The pockets are nice to have and are a good size.

I always take a second look when I see the Baleaf brand. I don’t think I’ve ever been disappointed when ordering them. These pants were no exception to that!👍Pros⭐️ fit is exactly right. I ordered a small and they fit as a small should. Length is great too for this short gal.⭐️ material is well made without any holes or snags. The feel is smooth and lightweight.⭐️ love the zippered pockets. Keeps anything you put inside, safe.👎Cons🛑 I wish they had back pockets. I think I use back pockets more than front ones so this is something I really miss with these pants. I did not take a star away for this though because it is obvious from the photos that there are no back pockets on these pants. So this is a preference for me and not a failure of the pants.

These Baleaf pants feel like expensive pants sold at higher end athleisure stores. I am 5’6” tall and they hit about two inches above my ankle. That will be great for spring/summer and early fall but not winter. I ordered the navy. It is a deep dark midnight navy. What I consider true navy to be. The manufacturing quality is outstanding, as are most everything I have ordered from the brand Baleaf. I ordered my usual Amazon size of XL and these trousers felt like a very comfortable fit. They were not too loose or relaxed but also not too close to the body. Really just a sweet spot fit for me. I would suggest ordering your normal size.

I love these pants! Baleaf is a quality brand, and I honestly find it on par with big names like Alo and Lululemon, but at a fraction of the cost. The fabric and construction feel well-made and thoughtfully designed.I’m 5'4" and 110 pounds and ordered the XS. The fit is great, with the length hitting right at my ankle, which will be perfect once the weather warms up. They’re lightweight, comfortable, don’t wrinkle, and seem easy to care for. I can already see myself wearing these on the plane; they’re stylish enough to look put-together while still incredibly comfy.
