Women's UPF 50+ Lightweight Hooded Zip-Up Jacket

These are my favorite way to wear a sun shirt! I was looking for sun shirts to wear while working on our land and came across these hoodies. I ordered only one cuz they were a little pricier than the regular shirts but when I got it I never wanted to take it off. I feel cute still and it works great! Cool but still plenty sun protection. I went back and ordered two more and they are my new go to! The fabric is light but protective and holds up, it is super flattering, but still semi loose so it’s not cling to you. I’ll definitely be ordering these again and again!

The fit is great, they wash well, and are really comfortable. They block UV rays well. I bought two, the pink and gray.

Very lightweight, which is what I want. Cute and nice fit. I am 5'2", 129 # and a fit 70 year old. The small fits best with enough room to layer. This will be great with leggings and over a swim suit for a coverup and sun protection. I will take it on my Galapagos trip and layer with short sleeve and long sleeve fitness shirts and even use with a sundress. I ordered a rose and a black one as well. It is not too long for my short frame but long enough for someone taller.

Omg, it's perfect. I ordered a small but haven't been able to wear a small in a long time. The fit is great and it's so soft. The best thing about it is the color. It's really that pink. :)

I took this to Arizona for in September it was the perfect jacket to dress up or downLightweight and blocking the UV raysI hiked with it and loved the material and pockets. The hoodie was great to keep the sun off my neck

I have owned this hoodie shirt for a few years, it is pretty breathable, durable and I appreciate the somewhat fitted shape. The arms are long enough for me at 5'9". I do wish that the texture was a little different however, because it feels very sleek and I would have appreciated something with a more thin cotton texture.

this is a nice lightweight jacket - PROS: made well, lightweight great color. CONS: sleeves way too long. why does the clothing industry think because I am fatter that my arms are miles longer. the hood is too large - it covers my face down to my mouth, no drawstring.

I have two of these, one in L and another in XL (I’m generally a size 10-12 top) and I use them a lot! They are super light due to being spf jackets but I must say, they will also keep you warm. I use them on flights to keep warm and also in a restaurant when the air is down. They fold up really small and I can stash one in my 6x7 purse. I got them on sale and definitely recommend!

I rarely write reviews but I have to for this hoodie. Just completed a bike tour from Barcelona to Lisbon and this hoodie was a game changer! Wore it during our long rides for sun protection in the hot Mediterranean sun, never really sweat in it, (unlike REI or Columbia shirts which make u feelLike you’re in a plastic bag in the heat!) then sent off to laundry on ship and was perfect wrap to wear to dinner with a skirt. Lightweight, great quality (been washed 18 times in a month long trip), rolls up tiny and works for multiple uses. And arms are plenty long to cover hands! Buy it!

I’m very fair-skinned and burn easily, even with sunscreen. This jacket kept me completely protected and, to my surprise, actually made me feel cooler instead of hotter. The fabric is lightweight, breathable, and comfortable, and the hood and long sleeves give great coverage. Perfect for anyone who wants serious sun protection without overheating.

This is durable, holding up well over time (I use it almost daily). It is very comfortable, light and thin for summer, spring or fall weather when—even when I'm sweaty from working out—still need to be protected from the sun. It is versatile in that it works for a long run, or just as a light, summer jacket. No weird smells, and I got it in both white and black, so the colors works great with everything. I keep one in my car and one in my gym bag so they are always on hand. Don't get skin cancer (like I did)!

Ok this should be a 4 given the sizing is very big. I would SIZE DOWN, the one I got which should be my size, literally dwarfs me. But the material feels like cool silk, I love the holes for my thumbs, I like that it has a hood and can zip up, it’s sleek and pretty without being sheer. It’s not thick - but that’s GREAT, since it’s a sun shirt, I wore it to the beach and felt cool and happy every time the material touched my skin.If you have a little OCD like me and textures are huge for you, GET THIS ONE. It feels incredible, everywhere.

I already had one like this and I purchased this one for the color for my trip to Costa Rica. I am 5' 9" and weight 190 and bought the L which fits great! I did wear it some of the days because it's so light and help to keep the sun off my arms. I keep one in my car at all times just to have something to take the chill off. It fits well, great value for the money and is very comfortable. So far it has been durable. I purchased it in April and it's now Sept.

I wore this in the beaming sun at the Great Sand Dunes and didn’t feel hot. I wore this at night when the sun goes down in the dessert where it gets pretty chilly (down to 58 F), and didn’t feel cold.Very light weight. Material is thin but does not feel cheap.I spilled a little drink on it while eating out, and it dried super quickly.The zipper is small and thin so you don’t really feel it and it also doesn’t catch.I often drape my sweater over my purse, and this is nice to drape because it’s so thin and light. The material is also so thin that it’s easy to tie around the handle/strap, so I can secure it on my purse and jump around all crazy at a concert or festival and I don’t have to worry about it falling off.

Although I normally wear a Medium in shirts, I bought a large because I wanted this to ride bikes at the beach and act like a beach coverup. I love it is machine washable! So many upf shirts are hand washable only. I am never doing that with a sun upf shirt. This is light weight. IF you want it to fit like your normal size, buy the size you normally wear. It is sized accurately. I wanted the larger size because I want it to fit like a floppy beach coverup too. I had a shoulder replacement and the zipper is nice to get this on versus a crewneck style. The zipper is lightweight but works fine! Friends referred me to Baleaf and the zipper style so there's 3 of us on the beach in South Jersey wearing this and the other ladies also have the overhead crew neck style. They were happy to tell me to shop for Baleaf! That's 3 happy ladies!

I love this shirt. I’m glad I bought two, one teal and one light grey. Colors are as shown. It’s very comfortable with a soft silky feel. Lightweight so nice for summer. It may be too warm for hot weather, but it’s been cooler here so it’s perfect. (70-80’s) . I got large, which is the typical size I order. It’s slightly loose which I like.

for going in the summer, this a need for the summer workouts and going hiking! i loved everything about this jacket. it is true to size, little stretchy so it doesnt feel so tight and there is arm room in the sleeves to have enough movement in. the material of this is so fresh and doesnt feel like you have anything on when you are doing ur workouts. i like that it has thumb holes for your fingers so the tops of my hands dont get burned and the hoodie part covers my face nicely from the sun. i use a hat underneath with this and i save my face from getting burned. it even has a hole in the hoodie for when i put my hair in a ponytail! during workouts, it is nice and breathable so it wicks away the sweat and keeps you dry. i need this jacket in other colors and is great deal for the price if you are looking for something light and comfortable.

Love this lightweight sun top with zipper. Protects well, the hood and thumb holes are great additions. Would love to see a natural fiber alternative.
