Great fleece pants

Rather than bulky looking fleece sweatpants, its more sleek legging style. Very form fitting and stylish. There's pockets, but not very deep to me.I got medium in the teal like color, and they fit great. They wash well, and i hang dry per the tag. So far so good. These pants are warm enough during autumn weather, In the bay area CA. I would definitely vouch for running in these in cool weather. I workout with them and stay warm in the house while no heat is on. The fleece on the inside is nice and soft, and layered just enough so that it doesnt make the pants too bulky. The outside is nice and soft as well, just not fleece of course. Not scratchy to the skin either.Ive only had these a few weeks, but These are now one my go to pants for lounging at home for the chilly days. Would get again if needed.

Comfortable, warm and stable. The last thing you want to worry about while on your run is the gear your using. Perfect for colder weather (30's-40's) yet cool enough to wear anytime. I ordered 1 pair and liked them so well, i ordered 2 more pair.

Turkey Trot and winter warmth

Purchased to run the Turkey Trot with rain expected. It rained and snowed. These were comfortable and kept me warm. Wore them a bunch of times under jeans for outdoor Christmas decorating, tree lightings, memorial wreath ceremony and luminary walk to keep nice and warm. Highly recommend.

Work well as a skiing base layer

These work very well as a skiing base layer. Comfortable, stretchy and durable.

Warm

These are much warmer than I expected, which was a nice surprise. The lining is fuzzy, so they go on with ease. Pockets are practical. Happy with these.

A decent fit in the legs, but high rise and loose waist

Super comfy, and quality seems good.I'm 6'0 190 lbs, pretty muscular especially in the legs. I normally wear a size 34 jeans/pants. XL fits me correctly for running tights, except in the waist. Large would be too tight in the legs so I can't size down.Maybe my body is shaped weirdly but they are tight (comfy tight, not overly tight) throughout the legs, but the waist is really loose and the drawstrings do not stay tied, so I'm constantly pulling the waist up. These are also pretty "high rise" so there's a lot of room in the hips/butt and you can pull the waist up I guess if you want that. The old version of these pants had a different elastic waistband which at least stayed somewhat "cinched", and the rise was normal.

size

I read a number of reviews to get an idea of the size I should order. I'm 6ft tall and 200lbs. I normally wear 33x32 jeans. I saw reviews of people about my size recommending M to XL pants. I bought XL and found them very baggy. I returned for M and they are a great fit for me. I was looking for a tight fit for road biking and these are essentially stretchy tights. The M size fits me well, stretches and is quite comfortable. So, if you're looking for tight fit and about my size, M is probably the right size. If you want a baggier fit, I think L is probably the best choice.

These comfy running tights got me out on the trail this winter!

These tights allowed me to run in ~40 degree F weather. They gave me added confidence when going out on cold days when I otherwise would not have gone outdoors to exercise. They proved to be a solution to inclement weather and were comfortable when used as base layer for sub 40 degree days. After three months and over 170 kilometers of running I have a small hole in the back seat of these tights, but they are still wearable, especially under a pair of jogging shorts. All in all, these were a game changer during winter and spring months and I would recommend them to anyone looking to head out on cold days.

Kept my legs warm in 39 degree morning

I was a bit skeptical that a pair of pants that thin could keep me warm in the cold Northeast. I jumped on my bike to ride to yoga with one layer, the BALEAF pants. The 30 minute ride was comfortable and my legs stayed warm. The fit is excellent. I love this addition to my cycling wardrobe and I'm so happy they delivered what was promised. Comfort and warmth.

Not the compression of regular Leggings

I received my order Jan 16 , 2023.I went with the small size ,, I have 30" waist 6' tall . But I just went by the closest waist size to mine. I did not worry about the length . But it turned out the length was about right comes to the top of my running shoes . They are much warmer than my regular type leggings but not close to the compression of the regular leggings . I would say they have very light compression. The pockets are about 1/2 of an inch too close to the back. They are comfortable, I did not send them back , but if they could have more compression and the pockets moved a little bit towards the front they would be better. They seem to be holding up washing after they have been washed many times . I don't think fleece leggings have as much compression as the normal leggings. But thought they would be more than these are .

Great product for winter running.

Just bought a replacement pair of these. I use them for trail running in the winter. Previous pair lasted 4 years and only had to be replaced due to a dog attacks that tore holes in them. One suggestion from an old runner (54 years and counting), I'd really love it if the leg zippers were on the inside where they'd be much easier to reach.

Very warm but runs a bit big

I've been using these for running in the cold season and have also been able to compare them against similar offerings from Craft and Brooks. A thermal tight should be two things: warm and tight. Being comfortably tight is important because being against the skin is what transports sweat immediately away from the skin, preventing the accumulation of sweat and moisture which can cause someone to paradoxically feel colder.Compared to those competitors, the Baleaf thermal tight is noticeably thicker and warmer. However, the Baleaf also runs a bit large, making for a looser fit to the point where some sections may not be close to the skin. For those who are on the thin side, I suggest ordering a size down. For those who are on the thin side and wearing a size small, I suggest trying something else as there is no size XS.

Great for a bike ride in chilly October in Minnesota!

Bought these for a charity bike ride in Minnesota in October and was not disappointed. Very comfortable and really keep the heat in. True to size and good quality. Would recommend.

Good Running Pants

These pants are good for those chilly morning runs when it is , say, in the upper 40s to upper 50s Fahrenheit. If it gets colder than that I can put on a pair of compression base layer pants beneath them just fine, but since the pants themselves are compression-like, then the base layer should be as well for the best fit. Ive ran on mornings as cold as the lower 30s in these with a base layer underneath. But anything colder than that, I need to wear something warmer. Im 510 and weigh 154 lbs. I generally wear a pant size of 29 or 30 waist and 32 inseam. The small fit me perfectly. Length was good, but as Ive seen it written elsewhere, the waist of these pants do seem to sit pretty high. There seems to be extra material there also, but Im good with that as it gives a little extra room to tuck things in and make a good weather-tite seal. I think they are great pants!

Warm, Comfortable, Cold Weather Running Tights!

Great cold weather running tights! I wore these on my winter runs and was so happy with my purchase! The side pockets held my phone securely while running so I had no reason to wear a running belt. The zippers at the bottom of the legs still had fabric on the inside of them so my bare leg was never exposed to the raw zipper which was something I had worried about before purchasing the leggings. The insides were fleece lined and very comfortable. The leggings themselves kept me warm down to 20 degrees or so (possible would have been comfortable in weather colder than that, but I typically just run inside when it's < 20). All in all, great quality leggings. Definitely the best piece of winter running gear that I have bought in a long time!

Great fit. Great feel. Warm

These pants fit and feel great. The material is stretchy and light. I'm 5'-10'. 165 pounds and a medium fit just right. Fit is tight as it should be and is warm for morning bike rides. The extra pocket in the back and the ankle zippers are additional perks.

Comfortable, warm, great value, but the fit is off.

These have a really nice, brushed fleece interior that's great in even very cold temperatures. Two large side pockets that could take a phone, as well as a zippered rear pocket are also great features. And at $35, with most name brand tights running $80-$120, I'm glad I bought them. The sizing, however, is not at all as advertised. I'm 5'10, 145 lbs, with a 31 inch waist, and these were really big. They fit almost more like pants than tights, and they have an unusually high rise. I can't say I totally mind, though, because the high rise is good for warmth, and they're still tight enough that they don't get in the way when running fast. It's more of an appearance issue. They really don't look like tights when you're wearing them. In fact, one of my teammates even commented that it was unusual that I had decided to wear pants to a workout. I will probably size down for my next pair.

Great tights for exercise or daily activities!

I purchased these running tights with the intention to wear them for the occasional jog or dog walk in cold weather. These are so comfortable that I wear them all day long and have run errands in them. They are form fitting, but modest enough that you don't feel like you're walking out the door in spandex pants. The material is thicker than most running tights and the fleece lining is soft and warm. My only con with these is that the side pocket is a little too far back and not quite large enough to hold my iPhone 12 Pro. I can squeeze it in there, but I wouldn't trust it from falling out during a run. Make the adjustment on the pocket please and I will buy more!
