Women's 5" High-Waisted Compression Biker Shorts

Biker shorts were recommended as a way to help with lymphedema fluid problems, and these have been OUTSTANDING! They arrived quickly and based on measurements, my mom started out in size XXL. Through both wearing these and additional supplemental lymphedema squeezy treatments with a Tactile Medical machine, in just a few days the XXL became loose. I had ordered two, and they quickly processed a return for the unworn second XXL pair. I ordered a XL size. Again after a few days, between wearing these and additional supplemental lymphedema squeezy treatments, my mom was down to a size L. While my mom's lymphedema Physical Therapist was recommending 5" inseam, my mom's doctor instead was recommending 8" ... my mom seems to be stabilizing in size Large with the 8 inch inseam, so I just ordered a second pair of size L with 8" inseam, so she has something to alternate into while the other pair is being washed and dried. My mom is wearing these shorts under her regular clothing, and the bike shorts (both 5" and 8" inseam lengths) go over the tops of her compression thigh-high stockings. We are extremely pleased with the feel, thickness and fit of these, so I am giving these bike shorts five stars of five stars. Nice material but they stretch out with wear. They fit like leggings when I put them on but now they're loose shorts.

Comfortable shorts. Washes well. The material stretches well. Material is stretches easily. not used to the low outside pocket. that will come with time. May order another pair.

Ought to wear under a light colored skirt. Works wonderful for that. I wouldn’t wear them without something over them, because of the white color. Good quality, I would order in different colors. A bit pricey.

Very comfortable, minimal compression but does the job for me when running. I'm a true small and small is perfect for me. Gone through 6-7 washes now and no signs of wear or color fading at all. Pockets are very durable; keeps my iPhone and keys in place.

These are a nice option. The length is good. They actually stay where they are supposed to. The legs do not ride up, which is a huge plus. Good fit. The only drawback for me is that the waist is rather high. I solve that by folding it over.

OK, so these are great as always... I have several pairs. BUT - this time, WHY did it arrive WET inside the package? It's like someone took it right out of the washing machine and put it directly into the package! WHAT's UP with THAT??

Love these. Deep pockets. Very comfortable and decent tummy control. No issues with rolling up.

I bought these to potentially wear under dresses or other clothes so I could prevent chaffing. I had to return the L and get an XL, which is my normal size. Since I wanted these for under clothing I have the 3" length. They are high rise and the length is perfect. They aren't too tight on the tummy and they do not roll down. Glad I bought them!

These shorts are very comfortable and constructed with quality materials/workmanship. The material is slightly thicker than the bike style shorts you get at the big box stores. They are very fitted, so if you want any looseness, go for the next size up. I use them for swimming with a long sleeve swim shirt from the Amazon basics collection.

I've been on medical disability on and off for a year now and need something very comfortable and easy to pull on and off. These have become my uniform of choice. The material is thick and you can bend over without seeing what's under and so super comfortable! I love the 8" length - just enough coverage, but not too long. They don't ride up either. Lots of colors to choose from. I think I'm up to 5 pair now and I'll keep buying more colors!

I purchased a few pairs of these in 2021 (XL&L) and loved them. I'm 5'3" and at the time my weight was fluctuating between 185-200lbs. I've recently lost weight and needed new ones so ordered again and they have not changed a bit! For me, they don't roll down my belly, have a comfortable waist band and the length is perfect (8"). I love the pockets so I can carry my phone and keys. I'm 130lbs now and size small fits me great. I purchased in black, navy and charcoal and love them all. Would definitely buy again!

The only running shorts I run in! I’ve been buying the 8” biker shorts to run in (8” prevents friction burn on my calves- I’m so glad they exist lol) for probably close to 8 years now? Maybe 7. Anyways, they are the best! They’re long, they have POCKETS (for my phone, keys, wallet, whatever) and they last forever. I just had my old pair wear through in the crotch (it was probably 5-6 years old and I had worn and washed them every day or two) and I replaced it as soon as I noticed the hole because these are my tried and true. They are comfy, look great, are nice and tight compression, don’t ride up, wash well, hold their shape and I run in this brand every day! I rotate 2-3 pairs of all this brand/design so they get even wear. Five stars!

I absolutely love those yoga shorts. The material is pretty thick and stretchy. The seams look sturdy. The quality is good overall. I wear M in bottoms and got M. It’s a good fit, not tight or loose, just pretty comfortable. They wash and dry well on low setting. Got them for dog walking on hot and humid days. They are perfect for that, breathable and light. 3” inseam don’t ride up. Side pockets are very helpful. Navy blue is a good shade, but a bit different from the picture which I love better.

Love these shorts. I am 5'2" and 118 and got a size large and the 7 inch ones. I have their leggings and the fleece lined leggings. I do not like squeezing into leggins and these fit well even in the large. These shorts hit a couple inches above my knee. I didn't want a tight fitting short as I wanted to wear as shorts, not biker shorts. I love the fact that these are half Cotton so breath well in hot weather. Love the dark charcoal color too. I always come back to Baleaf leggins and now these shorts. The quality is worth the extra cost.

I ordered the 8" in black and grey. The fabric is relatively soft and I love the length. I'm 5'3" and these are just a couple/few inches up from my knees, which is what I wanted. While the band at the leg hole is not tight, I don't think it has enough stretch and I don't like the feeling of it being tighter than the fabric above it. I'd like a more seamleass transition. It feels as though if I tried stretching it, the threading would tear. The same goes for the same kind of band at the top of the waist. Even if it is looser in the waist, I do not like the band is tighter than the rest underneath. I think these are great in theory, but I find the execution could be better. They do not ride up in the crotch and they have a good coverage of the waist/high waist but I found that the back gets pulled down and the seam/lines at the back of the waist are too low and should sit higher. I couldn't decide if these were too loose in the waist or not but I didn't like that they were looser there and then tighter in the hips and thighs. I am considering sizing up from medium to large but worry there will be too much fabric in the waist or that it will be too loose there. I LOVE these bike shorts!! I have searched high and low for something comfy that fits well with good support, and these are those shorts y'all. The waist band never rolls down and the bottom never rolls up!!! Ladies, you know how much of a win that is!! It holds everything in but is still super comfy, I've been wearing them to workout, swim, sleep, camping, around the house, you name it.They are also super flattering, the black of course helps but everything looks smooth and sleek. The material is not too thick to where you're hot, but also thick enough that you're comfy and nothing is see through when you're bending over, etc.!The pockets are awesome, they hold my phone and keys and even then nothing falls down! I bought the 8" and 5" and love both, I wear 8" when I'm worried about chafing, and 5" all other times. (Although, to be honest, I haven't really have problems with chafing on the 5" either since they don't ride up!)Highly, highly, highly recommend, and will be buying more.

Wore these for my walk this morning and they are a perfect fit. Love the two side pockets for my keys and phone. Haven’t figured out yet what to put in the hidden pocket at the waist but probably money or a card if you plan to need that while wearing them. I am 5’3” and 128 lbs. Ordered the 5” in a small and they fit perfectly. The legs don’t ride up while walking and the waistband stays put. I have pretty thin thighs though so I don’t know about riding up with thicker thighs. I live the length also. Not too short or too long. A lot of shorts are too long on me but these are great. Quality seems good too. Not too thick but not see through.

I have been happily wearing Baleaf yoga shorts for many years. I needed a couple of new pairs and ordered the fabric type labeled '2.0 softer' as I usually do. I was very sad when they arrived and were not the fabric that I've always gotten when ordering the 2.0 softer. Usually that is the SUPER soft and very stretchy material, the kind that is so stretchy that you have to order a size smaller because you know they're going to stretch out a bit. That is not the kind of fabric I got this time. Now it's that tighter and almost shiny kind of workout material. Which is the kind I never like. I don't have a reasonable reason to ask for a refund, so I guess I will keep them, just.....BUYER BEWARE. The quality is still top notch and I know they will last years, even with daily use.I see now there's a 3.0 stretchier version. Perhaps that is the material I've always gotten. I will have to buy a pair and find out.
