Men's 7" Running Shorts with Liner

I had ordered three pairs of these about 4 years ago, and they are still holding up well. Last year, I ordered two more pair and the built-in liner was so loose, it might as well have not been there.I ordered two more pair of this year, and it is still the same saggy liner. Somewhere along the way, they changed their measurements and this picture shows the difference. (Old pair on top, new pair underneath.) These are men's mediums. That's about a 2-in height different and 4 in of extra material in the new design. With these two new pair, I have actually re-sown the liner to remove the excess material and improve the support. I guess it depends what you are using them for, but if you really want these four running, you may have to do your own fix, or look somewhere else.The material of the outer shell is excellent. I love that it has two hip pockets and one centered and zippered rear pocket. I downgraded this to 4-stars simply because of the liner, but that's my personal preference in use.

These are exactly what I was looking for. Well made, lightweight shorts with a interior mesh liner that keeps the boys in place. I got these for kickboxing and I love that they're a bit roomier in the thighs to allow for a great range of motion.Note: if you want these for running and are expecting to fit your phone in the back pocket....the pocket runs very small and I doubt your phone would fit.These do run a tad bit big, so keep that in mind. I'm 6'5, 240lbs and got the XL where I sometimes am a XXL in other manufacturers. But in these the XL fits great.I immediately ordered 3 more pairs.Great kickboxing shorts for a bargain!UPDATE:I ordered another pair of these in my typical XL (I own 4 XL and they fit perfectly). Well Thai XL came and the waste is about 2" bigger than the previous ones. See photo. Both of these are supposedly the same size.Returning the red pair for a refund.

I really love the style and design of these shorts. The shorts are made of a quality fabric and stitching and great for casual use, sports or the gym. These shorts have two front zipper pockets great for securing a cell phone, wallet or some cash money and coins. I loved these shorts so much that I will be buying other colors available.

These are high quality athletic shorts. They have a compression liner, are quick drying, and have zippered pockets. The drawstring is functional as well.These fit true to size and both layers are quite stretchy, making them easy to move it.There is a reflective strip on the edge of the pockets, and the same reflective material is the used for the small logo. These are some of my very favorite shorts I have tried.

My favorite thing about these is the built in spandex! My husband always wears them under shorts, nice to have a pair that has it already inside the shorts! Nice material, well made! True to size! Will buy more colors!

So this is a really great pair of shorts! The material is high quality, and I know it will last a while even when used for the gym regularly. It also has a nice inner layer that makes it extra comfortable! I personally wish that they were a bit longer, but I'm also very tall so that's not a problem with the shorts

It's challenging to find 2-in-1 shorts with zipper pockets these days. These are impressive. They're a little baggier than other brands, but they have quality zippers on the pockets. I'd make the zippers shorter because they are positioned low, and items can fall out when the zipper is unzipped. The waistband is larger with the drawstring in the middle, which can cause it to fold over more easily than others. The liner is shorter than other brands, but it does the trick and is comfortable. I'd prefer the khaki to be a darker shade.

Great shorts, needed to replace the ones I purchased in 2018, so they last a long time (7 years). I like the mesh insert, like swimming trunks, perfect for working out.

Bought these baleaf shorts before. Built in liner works for me. I like the little longer length aw well. Quality is good and tolerates washing and drying well.

I was shopping for inexpensive shorts with a liner. These indeed met my criteria. I am very satisfied with the fit.

These shorts are light weight and comfortable. I love the back pocket for keeping my house key in while I run. The 7" is perfect length for me. I don't like to show off to much leg but I also don't want these hanging down below my knee either.

Nice and well made - I wear them for pickleball. I like the zippered pocket and length. I have BALEAF long sleeve t-shirt for sun protection and they are also very nice and fit well. There is just one thing I did not like.While the short has an internal brief it isn't much and I just feel more comfortable wearing an underwear brief for support, but BALEAF shorts much cheaper than UU shorts and similar to better quality so overall I like them very much.

These shorts are great. I'm a marathon runner, and have traditionally used Nike or similar running shorts. My requirements for running shorts are that they must be light, use quick-dray fabric, have a soft-material inner liner for securing key body parts, and have pockets to store a key etc. I decided to give these BALEAF shorts a try, given the much lower price that those other name brands. After trying them, I was pleasantly surprised and very impressed. They have just as much quality as the running/athletic shorts I traditionally bought but at a much lower price. Since buying 1 pair of BALEAF and being completely satisfied with the quality and value, I've returned and bought more. I now own 5 pairs of BALEAF shorts (in 5 colors), and I highly recommend them.

I mentioned these shorts on my review of the Baleaf 5" version. These were not nearly as bad as the 5" but still not great. Use the the gym? Sure they'd be fine enough for that. For running? No chaffing is bad, caveat below. I wear a Nike medium, I got these in medium. And the red dye bleeds really bad.The liner on the medium is probably a large really. It might be ok if you have a large booty, I do not. The liner provides no support at all if worn at the height seen on the model. Never believe the model pictures. They wear the items to look good in pictures, not for actually USING them. To keep your manicotti from flopping out of the pot, you'd have to yank these suckers up over your navel, or roll the waistband at least once. Also, I got the red ones, which bled really bad in the laundry, so now my liner is bright pink. So if you only roll once, only your now-pink tag is dangling out, but if you roll twice, your pink tag and pink liner are on full display. yay.. ALSO makes everything else you wash with them pink, so make sure they only go in the reds cycle (bled on full-cold)The waistband sizing is off, the mediums I received are mot like a large. I didn't have to get aggressive with the cord, but you might if there's anything heavy in your pockets like a phone.The inseam length is fine, but the crotch-seam to waistband is way too long. If you wear these low like the model (never trust the pictures remember) on a run, you're most likely going to chafe; I did. One waistband roll was fine for a short walk, but I have to roll it twice for runs or suffer the consequences.
