Flyleaf UPF50+ DWR Knee-Length Shorts

I have the hardest time finding shorts I love. These shorts are everything! They fit great, they breathe well, they are lightweight, they hit me at the knee (as a tall girl, that’s tough to find). I bought two pair after reading a ton of reviews on them. I came back two days later and am ordering two more. I might end up with a pair in every color. I am 5’9” and 190-195 pounds, wear size 14 jeans and I ordered the XL, which several other reviewers recommended. I’m so glad I didn’t follow the size chart and order the 2XL. They definitely would have been too big. The elastic in the waist is awesome.I read a review or two that mentioned the little gapping in the front, but that doesn’t bother me. I wear my shirts out (only tucked in for these photos so the shorts would be easier to see), and I know I’m a little pudgy, but whatever. They are so comfortable that a little thing like that isn’t going to bother me at all.Living where it’s hot and humid, jeans shorts work, but they’re so heavy and don’t breathe well. Unfortunately, until I found these, jeans shorts have been my only option in longer lengths. These shorts are going to be my go-to all summer long, for everything.

I have had these shorts for 3 years now...4 pairs in different colors. I really like them, except for the zippers.One HUGE problem...the zippers no longer "lock" when you zip up the shorts.I often find the zipper completely open. Not satisfactory!

Like the snap closure, high-waisted style. Deep pockets, a third pocket in the front has zipper close which I use for my keys. Velcro back pockets which I don't use. Very comfortable (favorite feature). Don't wrinkle at all, keep their shape. I'm 5'1" and these hit me right at the knee which is the length I like. It's been very hot and these are light enough to not overheat me.

Then, comfortable, cool. Runs a little on the small side in the waist. I wear a size 8 or small 10. I was very surprised that the medium was a little snug around the waist. The large was much more comfortable.

Finally some knee-length shorts that don't flare at the bottom and make your legs look chubby! The front pockets are nice and deep. Cut is very flattering. I wear a size 10/12 pants and size Large fit perfectly. Note that these are very thin material, perfect for hot, humid days. They also make a bit of sound when you move, but it's not obnoxious. You could probably wear them for swimming as they'd dry pretty quickly.

I ordered these because I have ordered this brand before. They didn't have the exact same ones I have ordered before but they are still comfortable and have pockets. I am 5'2" and they stop right under my knee cap so they are a good length. The color is more of a steel blue than a navy but they work.

These are very nice shorts, except the waist is very small. The fabric is very nice and the fit is very good.

They have a side zipper pocket that's great for your drivers license and any other cards you might need. They dry quickly and have drawstring in the hems which make them convenient for wading. The waistband has some elastic in it making it comfortable to sit in.

I actually love these pants, I have about 4 of them. However the sizing is very inconsistent. I bought 2 of these a couple of years ago, a med and L and both fit the same. I recently purchased a med gray and med tan. When I held up the pants to compare, the waist of gray was bigger than the waist of the tan. I returned the tan because I didn't like the shade of tan but reordered a Med blue. Well the waist of the blue is also smaller than the med gray. The gray fits perfectly and I guess I'll just suck in my gut when I wear the blue. I think if I order a L blue the legs will be too baggy.

This fabric is nice for summer months, it's pretty thin. I ordered the LARGE as Amazon suggested but they are too loose around the thighs, but fit in waist. I'm 5'2" 122 lbs. I love the look of these - great quality and design details - but the large, though I like the way they snug my waist nicely, are just too loose at the thigh area.THE OVERALL SIZE IS SMALLER IN 'BLACK.' Just got the BEIGE/TAN COLOR, and higher up on hips, and slightly longer crotch seam which makes it MUCH FORE COMFORTABLE.I HAVE 3 PAIRS, EACH FITS DIFFERENTLY & OVERALL I THINK THIS WAIST IS TOO SMALL because one time in the DRYER and now the elastic shrunk and the waist is uncomfortably tight ~ which I HATE.
